Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc...).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, the system will estimate shipping and shipment service provider for you based on the address you type in. (Most of our products are shipped out from our warehouse in California via USPS First Class Service.)

Our warehouse partner in California has continued to remain open and process all orders in spite of what is going on in the world right now. However, our products for our warehouse partner are not belong to prioritized products. Because our warehouse partner has a customer whose product is acrylic sheeting is selling product like crazy, to a manufacturer who just last weekend produced 30,000 protective face shields for the Healthcare industry. Therefore, you may experience shipping delay. We are sorry for your inconvenience. 

 

 

Notice for International Customers outside U.S. - 
Note that there are restrictions on some laser products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations without adjusting their laser output power. Therefore, you can't place order successfully on this website.
However, you could Contact Us with your name, address, and the QTY of the item you would like to purchase. We could help to provide a quote and, then, let you pay it via Paypal to complete the order to international destinations.
